Automotive parts division
The Imbema Group’s Automotive Parts Division consists of a number of companies that operate independently but at the same time also work closely together with one another. They have each acquired a reputation in their geographical sphere of activity.
The wholesalers are important for franchise dealers for the range of supplementary products required for maintaining vehicles and preparing used cars for sale.
Specifically for independent garages, the division has developed a sales concept based on the AD Autobedrijf and Bosch Car Service (BCS) formulas. The main aim of these formulas is to optimise communication between garage owners and car owners. Many garages lack the means and opportunities to present themselves properly. The Automotive Parts Division offers the garage sector opportunities and tools to reach their target group, such as information material, advertising campaigns and in-store promotion. This service was developed in response to the activities organised by importers for the benefit of their dealers. Throughout the Netherlands, 150 garages are affiliated with AD Autobedrijf and 350 with BCS. The Imbema Group plays an important role in this context.
The division’s third group of customers consists of fleet owners – enterprises with on the whole more than 25 vehicles and their own repair garage.
