Our organisation

The Imbema Group’s vision is to meet the demand for high-quality technical products in the markets in which the group is active. In composing our product range we also consider the products’ environmental aspects.

The Imbema Group aims to secure the company’s continuity, and hence the employees’ and business relations’ commitment, by spreading its activities over three divisions – our Industrial, Transport and Automotive Parts Division.
Our philosophy is to employ and maintain only products and systems of the highest quality. This is the guiding principle of the Imbema Group’s quality system, which not only focuses on our own quality approach, but also relies on the quality systems formulated by our suppliers.

The Imbema Group’s activities are not restricted to importing, stocking and distributing products and systems alone. Other key concerns to which our group owes its added value and reputation for high quality are the technical service and practical advice we provide, the training courses we organise – at our customers’ premises if so desired –, our efforts to encourage our suppliers to engage in product development and the aftercare we provide.

The interplay of forces between a customer and a supplier is most aptly symbolised by "Newton's cradle", based on Newton’s third law. Action and reaction are inextricably linked. Newton's cradle symbolises the way in which Imbema listens to its customer’s wishes, interprets them and passes them on to the suppliers. The resulting action is followed by a reaction that is intended to lead to an agreement.
Imbema continuously actively involves its business partners in its enterprises – in an innovative, reliable manner. Imbema knows that its customers will keep coming back for further cooperation because they appreciate the company’s highly successful efforts to bridge the gap between customers and suppliers by constantly providing new impulses.
